Cancellation policy

It means by user or client the person who buys an experience through our website. It means by host the person who offers his services (experiences)

Cliente-information for the user/client

If the cancellation is motivated by a force majeure cause such as surgery, death of a family member, etc, and it is duly justified, the custumer will recive the total experience´s refund.

If, on the other hand, the cancellation is not motivated by a force majeure cause, not refund will be made.


Information for the host

If the cancellation of the event is motivated by a force majeure cause, any penalty will be apply to the host.

Otherwise, 1 point will be added to the penalization scoring system. Somehow, when a host reach 3 points, his account will be automatically canceled and he won´t be able to publish experiences on the g-gait website anymore.

1 point is added for each cancellation by the host that is not justified by a force majeure cause.

A cancellation is considered when the host cancels one of his experiences, which concerns one or more users.

An email will be automatically sent to all registered users when a host cancels a date. In this mail you will be inform about the full refund, wich will be made within 15 working days.
